Rigid body kinematics update

Reinhard Resch requested to merge rigid-body-kinematics-update into develop

With this merge request it will be possible to use postponed drive callers for rigid body kinematics. Without those changes, the postponed drive caller cannot be resolved when the rigid body kinematics object is constructed.
