Modal stress stiffening

Reinhard Resch requested to merge modal-stress-stiffening into develop

This branch makes it possible to consider effects of stress-stiffening for modal elements. So, it is possible now to use modal elements for rotating structures like turbo chargers or connecting rods even at varying speed and varying high load conditions.

The implementation is partially based on Richard Schwertassek, Oskar Wallrapp, 1999
