Add new solvers for Mixed Nonlinear Complementarity Problems based on a Newton Fischer Burmeister reformulation
This branch adds the capability to solve Mixed (Non Linear) Complementarity problems (MCP) without any external libraries. Basically it adds a re-implementation of the Newton Fischer Burmeister and Newton Min Fischer Burmeister solvers from the Siconos library as well as optional wrappers to the Siconos library.
