CI: do not disable Werror

Marco Morandini requested to merge CI-with-Werror into develop

I think that, with 09ee6508 ,I've fixed in develop the last warning (epetra sparse matrix). Is it ok for you to move the CI to -Werror?

P.S. I've marked this as draft becaus I've not found any other way to disable the auto-merge. Do you know where this option is?
