Trilinos library is not detected

Dear MBDyn developers,

Since commit a191723a, the Trilinos library cannot be detected any more. The reason why there were duplicates in the Trilinos libraries was, that the order of libraries matters if there are dependencies between individual libraries. Before commit a191723a, the list of libraries was taken from the command line automatically generated by CMake in Trilinos's own build system. I have no idea how to remove the duplicates in configure.ac without causing linker errors.
