Get rid of `USE_AUTODIFF`

We should sketch a strategy for getting rid of USE_AUTODIFF and allow selecting the Jacobian bulding strategy at runtime. See the last part of this comment and then this for a preliminary discussion. @mbdyn-user @10102934
